Access to functions via dynamic drop-down menus

Context-sensitive help

Falcon32 security and job accounting

Falcon32 provides substantial protection for your valuable data. Supervisors control user or group access to files through comprehensive profiles. The online experience for data entry-only operators can be customized to display batch entry and verify only, with a subset of task-oriented menus. Supervisors can grant access to other personnel on an as-needed functional level for tasks such as data extraction, deletion, upload and application design. Password protection is available on the operator and member-naming-convention level. Job accounting captures keying statistics and tracks important operator events like file copying and deleting. Job accounting and security settings are global in a LAN configuration; thus, job accounting can be dumped and security can be configured remotely.

Falcon32 workflow management

Workflow management lets supervisors use a simple procedure to automate the intake of images to create batches. After logging on, a data entry operator is automatically presented with the highest priority work he or she is permitted to access.

Falcon32 gives you complete data recovery

After a workstation hardware failure, the operator can continue keying the same batch at another LAN workstation from the last committed screen with the same level of security and continued job accounting statistics capture. Similarly, after a power outage, operators can continue keying their batches at their workstations from the last committed screen.
